Fascination and passion in the second generation

 Dear business partners and friends,

I am delighted to be able to completely hand over the role of CEO to my son Florian who has been at the helm of the company since 2021. Florian Weil has prepared himself for this role in our company as the head of research and development department and as Co-CEO in the past year.

At the same time, our CFO Alexander Heissler is going into his well-deserved retirement. A big thank you to him für his outstanding committment over almost 25 years at Weil Technology.

As his successor we welcome Patrick Rösch as our new CFO. He has been with the company since January of this year and will take over all of Mr. Heissler‘s responsibilities as of May 1.

I wish the new management team success and joy in running the company going forward. May their decisions always be wise and all of their visions be clear. I will continue to contribute my experience as Chairman of the Advisory Board and shareholder.

I would like to thank you, dear business partners and friends, from the bottom of my heart for all your trust and the longlasting partnerships we have been able to build and enjoy over so many years. Our shared enthusiasm for technology, especially laser welding, has deliverd us many joint successes. I am proud of what we have accomplished together in over 37 years.

I wish you all much success and joy on your future journey. Continue to be as passionate and committed as I have been able to experience you in the past.
