From metal strip to fuel cell or electrolyzer stack:
Together with our partners VON ARDENNE (Dresden) and Zeltwanger (Tübingen), we present our highly efficient interface-tuned complete line for the production of metallic bipolar plates. With an annual production capacity of several million bipolar plates per year, it covers the current needs of the industry and has a pioneering role in the market. The machinery processes pre-stamped half-plates made of stainless steel or titanium. In the first step they are welded into bipolar plates, then leak-tested and given a PVD coating to functionalize the surface.
To this end, we present both the complete line and the individual steps of the process chain to you in detail. Our experts will advise you directly on your concepts and questions.
