Battery Show Euope

At Battery Show in Stuttgart, we will be presenting our innovative manufacturing solution for the economical welding of cooling plates. It is characterised by high process speed, reliability and low costs.

You can also find out more about our manufacturing process for laser welding stainless steel and aluminium cell housings.

Our proven solutions for laser welding battery cell contacts, as well as for laser cutting and welding bipolar plates, will also be on display at the Battery Show.

The Schaal Technology team will be demonstrating the newly developed fin adjuster for the precise stamping of contact elements and fins for power coolers.

Stanztec

At Stanztec, the Schaal Technology team will present its new process solution for the automatic positioning of fins in fin punching systems: the compact system enables a positioning accuracy of ± 0.1 mm for offset fins.

In addition, our colleagues will be providing information about their versatile systems for stamping and punching all materials, from paper to spring steel: high precision, high speed, with a pressing force of up to 100 t.

Partner Giasini will also be at the stand with casting moulds, punching tools and special tools for the precise manufacture of complex technical parts of small and medium sizes.
