Fully automatic production of high-quality tubes with a thickness of up to 3.5 mm
Variostar is a fully automatic production line for the efficient manufacture of high-quality tubes that can also function as shells for vessels such as boilers, water or buffer tanks. The line includes a flexible roll forming station and a continous longitudinal laser welding station. This allows sheet metal to be combined highly efficiently in a continous production line by roll forming and laser welding to produce high-quality tubes.
Variostar covers a diameter range of 80 - 630 mm, tube lengths up to 2000 mm and material thicknesses up to 3.5 mm. No tooling means quick changeovers.
Perfect laser welds
By butt laser welding the seams, they are precisely and cleanly joined and thus highly corrosion resistant.
