The goal of our service team is to keep your production running reliably. We support our customers worldwide with maintenance, servicing and repairs of their specific machines and production lines. Our solutions include routine operations such as preventive maintenance or operator training, but also individual support and custom-fit service packages that optimally meet the requirements of your production. Furthermore, we offer complex retrofit conversions of existing equipment.

Inspection & Maintenance

Increase machine availability in your production with our inspection and maintenance offerings. In this way, you actively avoid unplanned malfunctions or machine downtimes and minimize the costs of on-site repair work in the long term.
Inspection includes the visual inspection of the equipment for visible damage or wear. During maintenance, our specialists systematically check all electrical and mechanical functions of your equipment and, if necessary, summarize the spare parts needed in a report.

Hotline & Remote Maintenance

Short response time, fast solutions: this is what our online diagnosis allows. With our remote service, we can access your system to isolate the causes of malfunctions online and, if necessary, make minor software changes. Our technicians and programmers are at your disposal under the service hotline mentioned below.

with repairs, the exchange of spare parts and with the implementation of your tasks.
We respond to your service requests in the shortest possible time and provide you with an individual quotation.

Spare parts supply

We supply and install the necessary spare parts for all machines and purchased components of your equipment. We keep a large number of spare and wear parts in stock for you; all other parts are procured as quickly as possible. Your spare parts will be delivered to you by the fastest route.

Service agreements

We can put together the support package that best meets your needs:
As part of a maintenance agreement, we perform preventive maintenance on your production equipment at regular intervals. When you enter into a maintenance contract, the service support hotline and remote service are included.
Of course, you can also request the remote service separately.

Application training

We offer a comprehensive training program that we flexibly adapt to your needs:

  • Operator and set-up training for more process reliability
  • Maintenance training for reliable production
  • Technology training for in-depth equipment knowledge
  • Start-up support when (re)starting your production, e.g. after relocation of the equipment
  • Production support when new products are to be run in
  • Process optimization in case of production or quality problems

Retrofits & Modifications

Do you want to keep your existing equipment up to date or meet changing requirements? Then, if necessary, we will bring it up to the current optimal status with the latest technology with our retrofit program:

  • Upgrade to energy efficient laser technology
  • Conversion to the latest control technology
  • Safety upgrades
  • Increase the energy efficiency of the entire system
  • Ensure the supply of spare parts with the use of new components
