Weil Technology’s long-standing collaboration with Novatec in Italy is being expanded.
On January 1, 2024, we acquired a majority stake in the company Novatec. With this acquisition, Weil Technology will offer its customers and interested parties an expanded product portfolio. The company and the machine portfolio will be continued at the site in northern Italy and expanded in the medium term. To this end, both companies will contribute their industry knowledge and invest in the development of new markets and applications with immediate effect. The future management team will consist of the current shareholder Davide Colombo and Florian Weil.
Fabiano Nava left the company Novatec on 01.01.2024. We would like to thank Fabiano for 12 years of successful sales and management activities.
Novatec engineering was founded in 2012 for the construction of special machines for tube and sheet metal processing. Since its foundation, turnkey solutions with complete automation have been developed and manufactured in northern Italy. Novatec has in-depth knowledge in the technologies of laser cutting and welding, roll forming and tube end forming.
