From metal strip to fuel cell system: As a partner in the GERMAN FUEL CELL COOPERATION, we offer you our bundled knowledge for every step in the process chain for the production of bipolar plates for fuel cells and electrolyzers, from coating to laser cutting and welding to the final testing technology. At f-cell, we will be presenting the highly productive interface-matched complete line for this purpose for the first time:

The concept, which is an absolute pioneer in the market, has an annual production capacity of several million bipolar plates. The line processes pre-stamped half-plates made of stainless steel or titanium. In a first step, they are welded together to form bipolar plates, then tested for leak tightness, and finally given a PVD coating to functionalize the surface.
